This document contains the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy Including Privacy Policy for all users for the Site (collectively, the "Terms" or the "Agreement"). Rated A1 shall be free to change these Terms at any time by posting the changes on the Site without any individual notice to you, except as otherwise required by law. Your use of the Site after any such change is posted will be deemed to be acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically, and if at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the Site and cease all use of the Site.

Rated A1 is a Georgia Corporation operating a commercial web site and technology platform for online services called Sourcing Talented Assets Research System, hereafter referred to as STARS. In an attempt to comply with various laws related to privacy policies, Rated A1 has adopted and incorporated the following Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Such efforts by Rated A1 shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or defenses otherwise available to Rated A1.

If you are 18 years of age or older:
You agree that by using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement.
By using the Site and by clicking on the "I Accept" or “Submit” button, you are creating a legal and binding agreement between you and Rated A1 (the "Rated A1" or "us"), the owner of the Site, confirming your agreement with all of the Terms set forth herein.

If you are under 16 years of age:
Rated A1 provides NO access or service to anyone under the age of 16.
Any previous service or privileges or access to this site have been revoked and are hereafter suspended.
Any previous profiles have been deleted.

If you are 16 years of age or older but under 18 years of age:
You must provide the written verifiable consent of a parent or guardian to these Terms or confirmation that you are an emancipated minor at least 16 years old as a condition to your admission to and use of the Site.
Rated A1 may grant you access to the Site on a provisional basis for a limited time from the date you first register, after which time your access may be suspended if you have not yet provided Rated A1 with the required parental consents.
Please have your parent or guardian complete the Consent of Parent or Guardian form listed and return it to us as instructed on the form. If you are an emancipated minor, please complete this form for yourself and provide the required documentation in support of your status.
